There is aline on the cup i filled it to that do not fill it to the line fill the cup all the way up

Tires wear unevenly over their lifetime due to turns curb rubs different rubber densities throughout the carcass treads breaking off etc

Rocks getting jammed between treads then flinging out a few hundred miles later change the tires balance dramatically but only for short periods of time relative to the life of the tire

Our travel trailer can sit for 6 months at a time and get severe flat spotting that affects the dynamic balance for the first couple hundred miles of the trip but not after that
