Pros

The suction cups work really good on a smooth bottom tub. My disabled brother lives with me and occasionally he falls. It handles my weight easily (~237 lbs) and makes taking a bath in a much safer manner.

The lift is simple to use and fairly sturdy. The chair design is so smart and the quality is top notch. Worth every penny and more.

It is heavenly and i am in it every night. Mailbox for customer service phone is full. Do not hesitate.

Cons

I 'think' i am charging the controller, seeing as how that is the only plug that will accept the electrical cord. They claim that they reverted the sale price back to a new machine and offered to send me another used machine. The seller does not retur... Read More
