Quality:i was very pleased with the quality of the materials when i unboxed the desk.
Configuration:the controls are very easy to use with the instructions.
Packaging/appearance
Only annoying part is the wires hanging down - the instructions weren’t great on how to attach the wire clips so they get in the way.
Although this damage is negligible, i think it would be best if the packaging was done better by securing its contents more securely.

Pay attention to the directions watch the video online and you will have no issues with assembly

Motor did not work initially but customer service did send a replacement part and it works great now

The box that it arrived in was not taped well enough so it arrived with some damage to the box and one screw was almost out of the box

This also caused a small damage on the edge of the top of the desk itself
