I was pleased with the customer service.
I decided to write this review for the quality product and the atypical customer service they gave me.
For me its not an issue but this was a very expensive product.

I tried it lowering it on to my own legs and the desk lifts off the ground before it realises that there is resistance and goes the other way

One negative the lowest the one i have drops is to 62 cm not 60 as mentioned in the description
