There are six boxes in this set and the material feels like linen covered cardboard.

One issue is that one of the storage boxes did not have the paired hard cardboard bottom included - one was missing from overall package.

It was exactly as i expected, and worked very well for my "ikea hack" workstation.

There was another brand i almost went with on amazon but some reviewers said they smell bad.

Previous set was sold by different supplier.
