Pros

Hair has a natural weave to it, and it brought out that natural wave while keeping the frizz at bay. I no longer have an itchy scalp with this product.

I'm not sure what makes the shampoo lather, but it does nicely. The conditioner is a thicker consistency and much easiers to dispense and use. It makes it feel thicker and softer.

Cons

The new bottle smells like rotted limes - really horrible! The conditioner is not rich nor moisturizing. My girls still have itchy scalp after one month of use. Says there is no fragrance and it most definitely has fragrance in it.

Shampoo and conditioner is soooo thick that the pumps cannot support the product. Unfortunately, the containers break. I'm sure it works great for some but this is not meant for fine haired friends!

I feel betrayed because i have been a loyal return customer for years. There is no indication that this bottle should be different from my favorite shampoo. The newer packaging of shampoo and conditioner is not the same as before.

I have locs and i use this product for my hair and it smells great and makes my hair is well hydrated after.

Bought this (along with a few other products) and the hair loss has stopped.

I have used this product before and i had hair growth after a month of use!

It works just as well at 1/3 of the cost.

I had to take a picture of them so i could order them as soon as we arrived home, and did!

Packaging/appearance

Price is good,the packaging is good and the pumps work really well with the products being a thinner consistency.

Competitiveness

It lasts, it cleans better than any other shampoo i've ever had, and i've even bought "custom" shampoo.
