Pros

The oil and dropper arrived just fine. Not too huge a deal (aside from the tiny glass fragments lol) i use this with my wool dryer balls so my laundry has a lavender scent.

Oil is extremely potent and effective for getting rid of wasps around our property. I keep a little plastic food storage with a paper towel in the bottom that i add oil to under one sink that pipe holes go under the house.

Cons

Amazon says that it’s not refundable because of hazmat. Skip it due to inconsistency being a quality product.

There is no way these are pure eos, nor could they be used in my diffuser, to freshen the air. The viscosity and and appearance of this oil are not at all consistent to a 100% pure sandalwood oil.

This product is inferior. The amazon description says country of origin - us.

I have no clue how this brand has so many good reviews. It's just awful and is especially evident when you get some on your fingers, hands.
