David allen's latest book making it all work is the third book by the author dealing with the getting things done system.

However if you havent read getting things done yet id recommend that you buy that book before this one or a lot of this book just wont make sense

You would not be able to appreciate this book before you have been implementing gtd methodology for more than two years

It should be seen as a kind of commentary on gtd an elaboration and interpretation of the original principles

While i did find the book useful it does rehash a lot of the first book while at the same time not explaining the original concepts clearly enough for the book to stand on its own

Making it all work covers similar ground with an extra level of thinking about the relationship between some of the big picture questions and more immediate task oriented concerns
