This is a must for the trim router only issue is the guide that comes with the trim router will not fit

Because of this i have to press hard on the lever to ensure engagement so it takes some force to disengage which can result in slipping off the template

The old base that came with the router was not very easily adjusted

You had to loosen a clamp set your depth and then retihgten the clamp although accurate it was not as simple as this new base
