Pros

Moulded inlay would be nice but for the price i can live with it. They can be stacked and joined to each other making transport of kit easier. For a plastic box because it says makita on it is still >£20.

Fits my makita 1/3 sheet sander and all attachments plus etc sanding sheets. Can fit an impact driver in. Plus a combi drill. For the price of 3 of them you can probably get a fab makita lxt sander or drill/driver.

I guess you pay for the name as the price is a little steep.

Competitiveness

The black platic clips do require some getting used to, but other than that i'm happy with them.

Perfect case for my 18v jigsaw, battery and charger.

I suspect that these boxes were previously used for a shipment of makita products.

Thought it was about time i tidied up my shed and find homes for my vast makita 18v collection.
