Pros & Cons
Pros
Each battery has a separate low power indicator, so you can use mismatched makita batteries. Very powerful as 36v in total. Uses same batteries as my drill, very pleased.
Highlights
Quality
Not as powerful as a full bore petrol blower, but i'm delighted with the performance vs price with this.
Overall the usual high quality makita product.
Price
I am sure the brushless is more powerful but at over twice the price i'm happy with this.
Competitiveness
I had it running fine on a 3ah & 4ah batteries with no issues.
Fantastic price for a dual 36v (2 x 18v battery) makita tool.
Powerful blower though you do need 2 * 4ah batteries at least as it takes a lot of juice to run a blower
