The leather on the palms is thin so they wont wear through right away but over time them will likely wear out

The impact rubber strips on the top will shield your hands from light weight items that hit or fall on them but dont think your protected from heavy items

Mostly ive been using this to sort of demo a room its in a basement has an ugly drop ceiling that has seen much better days weird wood paneling and after thought closets that are taking up too much room space for something that doesnt hold a lot

I am usually right between a medium and a large i got the large and probably could have gone up to an xl so id say these run a size small
