Pros

Love the size and flexibility of this blower. Only issue is the lack of an extended nozzle. Much easier than corded blower and smaller than other battery models. This is my third makita blower the other 2 still work fine.

Love this tool. It's absolutely adorable! It's a little pricey but it's worth it.

This is lightweight and portable. I will probably fashion some sort of shoulder strap for it. It puts out a lot of power, but i wish makita made and extension for it so that your could put it closer to the surface without bending over.

The speed settings and variable trigger make it versatile. Excellent run time with a 5a battery, even the lighter 3a is good.

Cons

Doesn't come with battery, $100, or charger $120. A leaf blower does a better job.

Works great on very light stuff, saw dust, pet hair and light snow dusting

It is well made and does what it is designed to do.

Of course this isn't practical to replace lawn equipment, but it's perfect quick cleanup and can be used inside since there is no emissions

Price

They sell for almost double the price at local bigbox stores.

Packaging/appearance

Plenty of power in a compact and relatively quiet package.

It did come in what looked like unopened new factory packaging with the manual.

I've had other items i've bought on amazon that seemed suspicious to me (no factory packaging) and i returned them (uggs, timberland).
