It's very lightweight but extremely powerful. Light weight is great for tightly cramped work space. Very comfortable, very light and great ergo design.

Makita lxt battery system is the best in the business. Seems to be just as powerful as it blue ones. Amazing power and so easy to use. Battery life is excellent.

Cons

What really irritates me is that i did like the drill. I lock in the drill bit and that one jaw just can't hang on. This is unacceptable for nay drill.

The xfd15 needs to be left where it belongs, in a combo package for those looking to be thrifty. But not two in a row. Not at all.
