Suction Power
Customers have mixed opinions on the suction power of the Makita XML07PT1 Lawn Mower. While some are pleased with its ability to effectively mow grass and tackle hills, others find that the battery life is insufficient for larger lawns and report clogging issues with the grass chute.
Highlights
Quality
Power management is sophisticated and effective, changing blade speed based on how hard it’s working.
This is a very quiet and well built lawn mower.
It's intended use is clearly nicely kept, open suburban lawns using either the bagger or mulching features.
The side discharge chute is a really janky design and it is knocked off the mower repeatedly if you brush it up against any obstacle.
Shipping
First, the seller uses fed-ex ground for shipping.
Packaging/appearance
Fed-ex damaged the box and managed to tear open the bag of bolts for the handle inside the carton.
