Pros

The lawnmower is great so i buy the second one for my daughter. No more pushing my old mower until i was exhausted. Franz, a thoughtful young man, mows my lawn since charlie died. Ability to mulch or bag.

The 4 included batteries are enough for my yard, just under a quarter acre. Having a stable full of other makita battery tools ( & several spare 18v batteries to lean on) - not a problem.

Cons

It takes almost 3hrs to fully charge one set. The seller only has 30 day return policy so beware. It doesn’t always allow you to pull it backwards when drive is disengaged.

Good mower for the money but i was only able to get error messages online when trying to claim the offered free blower.

The price of a new mower was something i have to get used to, but it is worth every dollar.

I read some reviews that made me skeptical about it but, i mowed the day after it arrived and was impressed.

Packaging/appearance

I was a little concerned when i received the package the box was beat up and parts were loose inside .

The only thing i did not like was the box was destroyed by ups and the knobs, bolts, tool and safety key were all lose in the box.
