Pros

The trimmer cuts quite well, both easy stuff and thicker. Berry vines can be cut with ease and the unit folds in half for storage. It cuts well but a little on the heavy side.

Makita battery powered trimmer. Uses same batteries as drills and leaf blower. The rechargeable battery has a button that lights how many bars of power are left.

Cons

The articulating head is sloppy already. Why in the world would u sale a battery powered hedge trimmer and not include the battery! It’s a form of ripping off customers!

With a 5ah battery it’ll last longer than you think it will.

One 18v battery seemed like it would be underpowered.

With a 5ah battery it does get a little heavy after awhile of trimming.
