Pros
It outperforms the dewalt and dremel corded units i used before this one. Works best with the 5ah batteries because it does tend to be a battery hog. Ideal tool for remodel contractor, handyman, or diy who needs to work in an occupied house.
Cons
Buy the dewalt. The vibration that it puts out is unbearable. This thing is nothing more than a paperweight. A big disappointment.

It has a powerful motor goes through drywall like butter awesome and really tough love it
I have no complaint about this product, works great, very high speed and does well in tight spots for sure.
It rotates all manner of cutting tools as long as they are 1/8th shank and it does so very quickly.
Finally, when pushed, this tool sounds like it has a bad bearing.

I have dozens of the makita lxt tools, and even more batteries.
The upside is that these bits, while more expensive, cut better and last much longer.
