It has a brushless motor which stalls out atany moderate resistance and heats up really hot now. The gearing is making grinding noises.

Its about the same size as my old hitachi impact, which is to say pretty compact for an 18v hammer drill.
He has been a loyal customer for over 15 years after switching from dewalt.

The other thing that is actually a little concerning is that the brakeclutch with a grinding sound somehow when the trigger is released from full speed on high speed setting if that makes sense
