Pros
It’s not the lightest or most ergonomic impact driver but it has good torque. I use it daily as a contractor so you can trust it has enough power to tackle tough jobs.
They are small, lightweight and very versatile. My husband always has dewalts but those have always been heavy and bulky for me. Got them for my carpenter stepdad for christmas.
Battery life is outstanding. Battery lasts forever.
Great speed control and great torque. Great at driving longer screws and lag bolts.
Both are hefty with the batteries attached but not too heavy. Comes with two cordless (battery powered) drills. Each with it's own battery.
Cons
Both batteries i recieved are defective. Makita quality for some reason lately is a bit uneven.

And the price is half than in my country ( israel).
Makila is a good brand and this story does not disappoint!
Competitiveness
These batteries last forever compared to my 18v ni-cd batteries.
The 5ah batteries are also real strong and last a long time.
Did a 20x20 deck and didnt have to charge the 5.
They are smaller, lighter, have better battery life, and more power than his old dewalts.

If someone borrows it you have to warn them to ease into it on shorter screws etc this thing will break a screw like nothing if you go full power
