Pros

Combo kit comes with two cordless (battery powered) drills. One is a hammer drill and the other is an impact driver. Both have very fine speed control and great torque.

Makila is a good brand and this story does not disappoint! Durability is great. The include bag makes storage and transport easy. My husband keeps taking them from me.

The battery level indicator lights tell you how much battery power remains, so there is no more guessing if you have enough to start a project. The battery life indicator is a nice touch as well. Battery lasts forever.

The charger works fast. Fast battery charging time (45 minutes). The battery life is just fantastic.

I have used conventional cordless tools and the makita 18v cordless with brushless motors are by far superior.

If you are in the market for cordless tools, imo, you do not need to look any further than the makita 18v system.
