Pros

This tool meets and exceeds my expectations. I have been using makita tools professionally for years and they rarely let me down. Totally intentional and there was nothing wrong with your tool.

It takes the lug nuts off my truck. My lug nuts go on at 150ft lbs and this removes at 740. The only small issue is that the socket retaining pin is a bit weak.

This does everything that i need it to do without having to rely on an air compressor. It has a lot of power but you'll still need to use a breaker bar on rusty old bolts.

This thing is a beast. Extremely powerful and fairly compact for this size impact wrench. I hope this helps you guys.

It's so precise and firm, and just feels like pure quality & power. I have a ryobi (it was gf's before we were together) and the difference in quality and performance is night andamp; day.
