Pros & Cons
Pros
It takes the lug nuts off my truck. My lug nuts go on at 150ft lbs and this removes at 740. It has a lot of power but you'll still need to use a breaker bar on rusty old bolts sometimes.
This tool meets and exceeds my expectations. Great impact and out performs some of the best. I have a ryobi (it was gf's before we were together) and the difference in quality and performance is night & day.
This thing is a beast. Very happy to add this to my makita tool lineup. I hope this helps you guys.
Highlights
Quality
It's so precise and firm, and just feels like pure quality & power.
Works great and has plenty of power.
Price
For the price, i most likely would purchase it again.
Packaging/appearance
I liked the fact that it kicked the crap out of the lugs on my pilot .
Competitiveness
This replaced a ridgid brand i had.
My lug nuts go on at 150ft lbs and this removes at 740.
Made the job really easy, feels plenty of power and after 3 hours of moderate use it only consume 25% of a 2amp 18v lxt makita battery.
I own two makita 18v lxt devices (cordless drill and 1/4 impact driver).
