When the unit arrived it was well packaged despite the poor treatment of the box by the delivery service

Out of the box i did have to adjust the belt on it as it was closer to one side but after reading the instructions i fixed it in less than a minute

Please keep in mind that with this unit and any other type of portable treadmill you will always have this issue with the belt sliding off to one side

If this is troublesome to you go purchase a fullsized treadmill for at least 4 times the cost of this one

I have an apple watch so this doesnt bother me too much since the watch will let me know how many miles ive walked

However if you dont have a watch to do this for you its easy to look up online km to miles converter and 1 mile is approximately 160 km
