The back panel securing levers are excellent.
Solid material and fit my 5 x 7 photos perfectly.
The inside white matte is textured and really sets off the prints that i put in it !
Frame / glass together has some weight to it, use a good hanger.
Price
For the price i paid it wasnt worth it to me to have to do that.
Shipping
Amazon replaced it quickly and without conflict.
The frame was delivered on time in perfect condition.
My problem was how it was shipped.
The first was totally destroyed in shipping.
Packaging/appearance
This is a very high quality frame and the packaging was good.
It came so well packaged it took me 10 minutes to get the frame out lol, bubble wrap, taping, cardboard around, outer sturdy box.
4 sstars for the frame but 1 star for packaging.
In a box that was too large and had no bubble wrap, paper or any form of protection for the frame.
Competitiveness
It is the same brand and matches perfectly.
I bought this frame to match the style of the ones i got from kohls.

At first i panicked because the inner mat because it was a double mat was smaller than the 11 x 14 of my photo be aware the double mat will cut off almost 34” all around your picture

But happily when i unboxed it the double mat was actually two separate mats

I love everything about this frame except the white matting is so white that it has a blue undertone to it making it look cheap
