Pros
The colours are even nicer in person! Super price for this many. They are nice colours also not roo flashy. Great quality for the price and enjoy the colour.
The bands snap in and hold in place easily. The latch is a bit harder to push through but not difficult. Easy to attach and comfortable.
Watch bands fits perfectly with the fitbit sense watch. A great alternative to the official strap. Great replacement straps.
Cons
Out of the 6 bands don't latch into the watch. got blister and atarted to discolorized after 4 days.

They are made of hard plastic rubber, not like the strap you get with your firbit watch.
So original strap broke got another didn't last a year.
Price
Good bang for your buck with multiple straps of different colours included.
And for the price on how many you get.
Only down side colours are not the same , but for the price well worth the money
Competitiveness
I would recommend to versa 4 users, this is a good buy item.
But the bands are not as soft as the fit bit brand.
