Quality
It looks and feels great and i've not had any problems with the connections like i have with other bands.
Unlike most people, i find i can't tolerate the bands that come with the fitbit devices, so i find something soft and easy to wear.
Less bulky than what comes with the charge 4.
The style of the watchband is much more attractive than the original rubber one that comes with the fitbit watch.
Price
The price was 1/3 of what fitbit wanted for bands were just as wide as the original one.
Packaging/appearance
I wear a small typical fitbit band and at the 3rd hole from fitbit and this one i am at the second hole from the fit bit.

This is the second one i have purchased unfortunately this one broke the first day i put it on

The reason i gave it 4 stars for durability is because the black color is coming off the underside of the band

This is much smaller thinner than the band that came with the fitbit

It is really light weight and comfortable and the edges click in correctly to the fitbit
