It does have a little bit of extra heft but that could be a plus or minus depending on your uses and the lid retains some coffee odor but as i am super sensitive to smells there is probably no lid that isnt straight metal that would be better

The base is wider than a normal cup so it doesnt fit in the cup holder

However its tight lid prevents leaking as it rolls across my floor so thats a plus

Now when i received the mug it had already been damaged dented on the bottom
