I bought 3 cups altogether and the lid broke when i was flipping it open

I broke it by dropping it full of water and a metal straw on concrete and because of the weight at impact the straw broke through the bottom of the cup and into the vacuum chamber

Mallome does not sell the handles separately so no way to purchase replacements of any of the parts

One is the lids gadget was faulty and the lid came off easily

Its now almost 1000 pm and after refilling it with cold water several times it still contains my original ice although only about half the volume of ice
