Pros

Good mugs, both 20 and 30 oz models. Both have reasonably thin lips for sipping. I have fat silicone straws and use them instead of the straw it came with. Do not put this in your bag sideways.

Plastic for the handle is from a mold casting, and mine had a sharp protuberance that needed filing/sanding down. The handle is a little small for my hand and has a slick grip but it works pretty good.

The ice stays all day. Keeps ice frozen,water cold for 24 hours.

Utilizes metallurgic wizardry to maintain heat/cold without being ridiculously thick. They appear to seal very well.

Cons

The cap sometimes refuses to let me screw in. I have to reposition where to put the cap on the tumbler then spin around to hope that it fits. The slider is hard to slide because it's * for the thumb to push, and for many times it becomes harder to pus... Read More

It looked like a quality mug, but when it did not fit in the cupholders in my chair, i had to return it.

Handles: 30oz has too much down angle but makes up for it in grippability.

I've seen others complain that the shipping port doesn't leave much room for a nose.

Packaging/appearance

The handle on this works great, even though with hot drinks, you don't feel it on the side of the tumbler.

The lid was completely stuck and wouldn't unscrew from the tumbler.

So i spoiled myself and got myself the 30oz tumbler.

Competitiveness

I work from home and i have to have a spillproof drink container around my workspace.

Similar or better than some other tumblers i've used in the past in the same price range.
