Pros

The screw-on lid is very nice and it actually came with two lids plus a cleaning straw. The plastic for the handle is from a mold casting, and mine had a sharp protuberance that needed filing/sanding down.

The color is nice (i have one in green). Overall very impressed with the product and the price. Highly satisfied with the purchase. Purple and green.

Good mugs, both 20 and 30 oz models. Both have reasonably thin lips for sipping. Only thing i do not like is the holder that slips over the mug.

Cons

Tumbler comes with two lids and it leaks though both of them. The screw on lid is a pain to get off. The sliding top gets coffee under it when you don't use the straw.

The handle is really annoying. The yeti actually does, these do not. Amazon have no control over complete lies and fabrications that go on forever.

It looked like a quality mug, but when it did not fit in the cupholders in my chair, i had to return it.

Handles: 30oz has too much down angle but makes up for it in grippability.

Packaging/appearance

The lid was completely stuck and wouldn't unscrew from the tumbler.

So i spoiled myself and got myself the 30oz tumbler.

The handle on this works great, even though with hot drinks, you don't feel it on the side of the tumbler.

Competitiveness

I work from home and i have to have a spillproof drink container around my workspace.

This cup easily performed comparable to competitors for much more reasonable.

Love this, for a fraction of the price of other popular mugs.
