Pros

Tumbler comes with a stainless steel straw. The lid makes accommodations for straws. Even without ice it easily keeps your drink cold for hours!

Nice giftable item. Fast shipment. With a bit of back and forth on email, things were settled.

Nice to handle, great insulation & lower cost. Love the removable handle for hot and cold.

Cons

The screw on lid is a pain to get off. The cap has a tiny hole. The top is very hard to screw on and the sliding cover is almost impossible to do with one hand. Hopefully the maker of this reads my review and reaches out.

The mug is not spill proof. The lid does not vent. The cup is too tall for a cutlery teaspoon. It is difficult to drink from without spilling.
