Pros

Good mugs, both 20 and 30 oz models. Both have reasonably thin lips for sipping. I have fat silicone straws and use them instead of the straw it came with.

The cap has a tiny hole. The cap sometimes refuses to let me screw in. I have to reposition where to put the cap on the tumbler then spin around to hope that it fits.

The lid constantly wants to cross thread. When i get home to rinse my cup out the threads will be dry. It will * near require a pipe wrench to get the lid off.
