It made it grainy like an exfoliator which was really uncomfortable to rub on my sensitive skin so they gave me a refund even though they said it would not change the effectiveness and i have ordered twice since then

It’s all preference i found with this one i had to massage the wax to get any on my hands sometimes pushing my finger down into the wax to pull out any it got frustrating for me
