The medela shields have much better suction. These are not cherry shaped, they are conical. It's unclear if the shipping is wrong or if this product is inaccurate.

I ordered this nipple guard this morning and was able to get same day shipping.
Packaging/appearance
My 8 week old was tearing up my nipples and would not use the medela nipple shields i used with my firstborn.
Competitiveness
The silicone is a little thicker than medela and lasinoh and i experience less pain in breastfeeding.
These are moore comfortable than the medela nipple shield i was given in the hospital.
This is the best shield i have found and i’ve tried a several: lasinoh, medela, this weird chinese brand with no name, to name a few.
I tried three nipple shields (this one, medela, ardo).
