So far i have only used this mandoline once and it did a fantastic job at slicing potatoes perfectly and with ease.
The food would fly from the back missing the dish making a mess and the blades had to be changed foods that need to be sliced differently.
Your hand comes nowhere close to the blades and there is no need for wearing uncomfortable safety gloves.

Can't go wrong with this one for the price and functionality.

I was hoping for a nice cheese grater but this was more of a slicer for other things over all it’s a nice slicer but not what i need i tried to use the functions to grate cheese and it wasn’t to my liking

The one slight niggle i have is that the chute into which the vegetables are inserted is slightly a bit small

So for example if you want to do french fries or make scalloped potatoes the potato cant be a giant one
