Grip
Customers have generally positive feedback about the grip of the Manduka GRP Adapt mat, with many praising its ability to prevent slipping and sliding during yoga practice. However, some users have noted that it can hold onto dust and prints, and a few mentioned that the grip starts to wear off after prolonged use.
Sweat Absorption
Customers have mixed opinions on the Manduka GRP Adapt mat's ability to absorb sweat effectively during hot yoga practices. While most are pleased with its moisture-wicking properties, allowing them to practice without slipping or needing a towel, some mention that it is heavy and cannot be cleaned with disinfectant wipes. Overall, the mat has significantly improved their hot yoga experience by providing better grip and reducing the need for frequent towel usage.

Great quality, keeps your hands in place with its sticky grip.
I need a mat that is durable and doesn’t make me slip.
The mat initially was holding the grip but now my hands and feet slip on this mat while practicing traditional or hot yoga.
Price
It is worth the money if you use often like me!
Get a mat that doesn’t need them for 25 bucks more.
Competitiveness
I tried the alo warrior and a manduka pro, and none measured up to the grp adapt.
The 85" gives you a little more room to not reposition, but both are infinitely better than a 68-71" mat for me.
The rest of the class uses a pretty expensive mat, but since i just started i wanted a cheaper one.
