Pros

If i stand directly on the mat or do a plank my hands and feet sweat instantly upon touching the material. I like that it is lightweight and did not slip from my hardwood floors but found it to be overpriced.

I originally wanted a 1inch mat but i don't have the space for it when it's rolled up.

I was surprised how much yoga mats cost so i asked a few friends who have done yoga for many years and they both recommended manduka.
