Before this i just used the cheapest one i can buy in a department store.
Cons
It's heavier than expected, and seems overpriced for what it is. When i took this travel lite mat to india, it started crumbling almost immediately. And a mat that falls apart after a few months is not sustainable and just creating waste.

Really useful and good quality yoga mat.
I use this when i go on long work trips, and it works great as something i can carry on to the plane and not take up too much room
Takes up very little space in luggage and is super lite weight.
I had a folded towel for my knees, since i have chronic inflammation in my knees, but i didn’t use it.

I tend to use this as an every day mat when not traveling and would suggest placing it over a more cushioned mat of sensitive knees are an issue
