Pros

This mat is so sturdy and sticky for my hot yoga practice. Scrub one more time with dish soap and sponge to clean the film/grease. It is true that it gets better the more you use it.

Cons

This mat is so slippery that i can hardly sit on it. It's even slippery when my palms get a little sweaty during my home practice. They claim it becomes less slippery with use, but by that time, you could seriously injure yourself!

This mat is a huge disappointment. It is a toxic hormone disrupting chemical that ruins our health.

The mat makes a horrible * exhaust sound when your shirtless, can't their designers avoid? The frog logo is about the only thing i like. Choose jade instead.

Shipping

The equipment came quick and packaged perfectly.
