I have tried sleeping on it but it is way too thin you will definitely need something a little thicker for night time like a blow up mattress on top

The lifespan is significantly shorter expecting about 300500 uses before the grippy coating starts wearing off

I can understand how peoples hands might slip but it wasnt as bad as what i had read
