Pros

The pro lite, 4. Mm, is now super sticky and perfect in every way. A little lighter and blueish gray than the original tire or black color.

This mat is so sturdy and sticky for my hot yoga practice. Scrub down twice with dawn power soaps and scrub mommy. From my many years of washing dishes and from chemistry class, i know that soap is phenomenal at removing grease from surfaces.

Cons

My downward dogs slide into oblivion. It's even slippery when my palms get a little sweaty. It’s so slippery that i considerer it dangerous.

This mat is a huge disappointment. Its only 3 days old. Very deceptive.

This one smells like a cheap $25 wallmart mat. The colors are bland, my wife's a dull red, mine a dull blue. Choose jade instead—it’s a real quality mat!

Good grip, nice amount of cushion without being heavy.

Its a great mat , really good for my knees- firm yet provided cushion is so supportive.

Scrub it well, wipe, rinse, dry, and repeat until you have enough traction for the type of yoga you choose to do.
