Pros

Horse shampoo is safe for humans as well as dogs. Makes the dogs smell great and coat feel silky soft! It also seems to keep my pup looking and smelling great for longer than anything else i’ve used. No allergy from it.

I love how it simply cleans my hair. I wear makeup and use hair products that build up so it's important to give extra attention to cleansing. My hair is shiny, easy to comb through and smells great.

Thickness or texture is dense that means it will last looong. Lathers up nice, rinses out easy. Don't need to use a lot for a good lather.

Cons

It is full of grease that weighs hair down and clogs the scalp. Nightmare to detangle.

The only thing was, i didnt get my delivery on the date they said and it kept changing.

Packaging/appearance

I got the shampoo and conditioner together in this bulk size and they sent me a free gift sponge as a bonus!

Came in a box with tape over the top of the cap so it wouldn't leak

The only problem was one was open in the box and went every where.

Competitiveness

Better then most of the more expensive name brand shampoos.

They stopped selling it in stores unfortunately but buying the gallons is a much better deal anyway.
