Pros

The texture, softness and ease of use is surprisingly amazing! My niece love this product. It takes heat well!

Cons

This mannequin head is sturdy, but the hair is very itchy and sheds easily. It feels like damaged and brittle.

The hair is too thin for a ponytail. The ponytail is already thinned out. I want the mannequin i saw in the picture with full long hair and a few long scraggly strands.

The hair is so nappy you can barely comb the pieces out. The imprints from it being in the box are hard to get out. Not worth $30.

Such great quality the curl pattern is so close to my daughters natural hair 10/10

First photo at the sink is after i shampoo'd and i finger detangled, very little shedding.

I do suggest washing before first use there will be slight shedding but nothing to much or noticeable for the volume of the hair to change.

Price

Better then i thought for the price.

But other than that it was definitely worth the money, easy to learn how to braid on.

Shipping

Had some shipping issues from amazon and morris was very helpful in my order.

Didn't get the base clamp but morris has good customer service so i'm sure i'll receive it soon.
