This attachment is 100x better than my * whip edging attachment. It's very quick to change from tiller to edger attachment. The mantis is very powerful for tearing through rough sod along the sidewalk. It is a good attachment that would be even better... Read More

Cons

It cuts a nice trench but can't go fast enough to cut the grass. Lots of people take such blades and sharpen them before use, we didn't feel we should have to. My intention is to return it to amazon.

Sturdy and hardworking and the blades never dull.

It was easy to assemble, started right up and worked well in raised beds and on rough areas where i will be planting new grass seed.

After using it i think the negative reviews are probably due to poor technique.

The tines are very forgiving as i have hit the concrete many times when doing a sidewalk that had never been edged.

Price

I have worn out 4 or 5 of these edger blades, and was very happy to buy this "used" one for a bargain price.

Shipping

I think it arrived a day early!

I don’t know what other packaging could be used, but something should be changed.
