I had a bad case of c diff a while back, and i never fully recovered.
I feel better overall, and i think it tastes great.
Price
It's pretty darn expensive, so unless you are into savoring the taste of this honey, i wouldn't recommend it.

Hopefully the price will come down some with a sale as the holidays approach as its quite expensive for the small amount you get but at the same time its a quality product where your body gets the full benefits of nature and the fact it comes from new zealand is why manuka honey has that high cost the fact its also handled with such care

That said it is pretty pricy for such a small jar and i’m not sure if the 20 umf makes it much better than the 10 or 15 umf which is cheaper
