Pros & Cons
Pros
Marbleocity also makes a marble skate park. My grandson is eight (almost nine) and he loves to build things. I recommend getting the electric motor for this, it makes watching the marbles and discussing what is happening easier, plus you don't forget ... Read More
The wood is very durable and the pieces fit together great. It's pretty sturdy after put together but it takes at least 36 hours because you have to set some parts and compress them with books overnight. With a little glue, the finished coaster is inc... Read More
The build takes five days and is given in three or five steps increments per day. You have to supply your own glue, where i actually used a wood glue, they mention that you could use elmer's white glue. Patience is a virtue with this.
The kit includes toothpicks and a single wax candle, which i'll explain their uses later. It's expandable with the ability to link up to three other coasters to the dragon coaster. I wish they had more of these that would connect to these two!
Each piece is laser cut from a number of single sheets of 1/8 birch plywood. The plywood used for the actual coaster pieces is flat, clean and straight without any blemishes or discoloring. Each piece was painstaking done so that they are unique.
Cons
I feel the slope is too slight or non existent that the balls will not feed properly into the flywheel. Three parts aren't numbered. The ramps identified as 24 & 25 plus 23 &. Will not buy the other kit.

Packaging/appearance
Overall --- totally love this kit and the packaging and instructions!
