Pros
Amazing to cool down those horrid hot flushes at night. My boyfriend is a walking heater and he struggles to go to sleep in his hot room. This wraps up very small so i take it anywhere i may need extra warmth.
Cons
I actually thought it was a fitted sheet for a blanket then noticed no opening so indeed, it is a blanket but more like a sheet. Also a little smaller than expected.

I could do with a pillow case in the same fabric however lying on the blanket doesnt work anywhere near as well

I got this blanket without even thinking it would work that well you know that its just a regular blanket just thinner

For people who are used to a thick blanket might not be used to this as it’s very thin unless you put this under your duvet

I bought it during the summer when i was too hot ill and uncomfortable and to my amazement the cooling effect really worked for me
