Pros

Great grip and excellent for bicep and tricep workouts. It brings better workout routine for my biceps and triceps. Bar shape is great and has become a utility for me for several muscle groups.

As advertised. Definite value for money as i use it every 2 days. Not to mention free shipping. It's a good inexpensive bar but ill be buying olympic bars only from now on.

Good price and good as it is (with the rubber gaskets) i have no problems with it. Only downfall is the spinlocks come loose and aren't the best. Luckily we have some * that fit the bar that we use in replace of the screw ons.

Cons

This is really dangerous and a safety hazard. After filing the edges down, the locks come loose with every set, even after the first rep. Not the best quality.

One of the threaded collars was machined incorrectly, it wobbles and is loose. The issue is the collar which is a screw on type. The bar is fine, but one of the retaining rings has threads too large a diameter for the bar.
