This compound does a great job restoring some gloss to the gelcoat finish.
After nearly 20 years, the finish is cloudy, faded and chalky.
It does need some elbow grease but a good orbital will help.

It seems to cut quickly but is not overly abrasive

I used a circular buffer with a wool bonnet and i would say that this compound requires 34some34 experience to use a power buffer successfully

I sanded first with 800 grit wetordry using a palm sander followed with 1500 grit
